We initiate and lead these STEM programs to expose more girls to a motivating and engaging STEM environment and increase the number of girls in STEM by acting as a mentor for girls and building a support system that encourages girls to dispel gender stereotypes and have confidence in their abilities. We hope to empower girls to have the courage and confidence to pursue STEM and encourage them to address problems in their own communities and make a global impact!
